{"id":360,"date":"2017-08-04T12:00:03","date_gmt":"2017-08-04T16:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gobierno.udd.cl\/doctorado\/2017\/08\/04\/dccs-student-scores-maximum-qualification-in-doctoral-thesis-of-neuroscience\/"},"modified":"2017-08-04T12:00:03","modified_gmt":"2017-08-04T16:00:03","slug":"dccs-student-scores-maximum-qualification-in-doctoral-thesis-of-neuroscience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gobierno.udd.cl\/doctorate\/2017\/08\/04\/dccs-student-scores-maximum-qualification-in-doctoral-thesis-of-neuroscience\/","title":{"rendered":"DCCS student scores maximum qualification in doctoral thesis of Neuroscience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On March 14 this year, PhD student in Social Complexity Mauricio Asp\u00e9-S\u00e1nchez presented his doctoral thesis in Neurosciences, a program taught by the Valparaiso Interdisciplinary Center of\u00a0Neuroscience (CINV).<span id=\"more-2824\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2845\" src=\"http:\/\/complejidadsocial.udd.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Mauricio-Asp%C3%A9-3-650x488.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mauricio\u2019s thesis, titled Unmasking reciprocity: Behavioral component and neural correlates of human trustworthiness, presents an approach from an interdisciplinary perspective \u2013 mixing game\u00a0theory and the analysis of the neurophysiological correlate \u2013 on the behavioral and neuronal components of reciprocity and altruism in dictator games and investment or trust games.<\/p>\n<p>Given the interdisciplinary nature of Mauricio&amp;#39;s proposal, he had three tutors who guided different\u00a0aspects of his work: John Ewer, PhD from CINV and Raffaella Rumiti, PhD from Scuola\u00a0Internazionale Superiore di StudiAvanzati (SISSA), who supervised the aspects related to\u00a0neuropsychological evaluation.
