The digital format was chosen for the recent publication of the first journal of the Doctorate in Social Complexity Sciences (DCCS) and the Research Center in Social Complexity (CICS) of the Faculty of Government of the UDD, “Social Complexity: understanding the human being from an interdisciplinary perspective”<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Its launch responds to the need to publicize the interdisciplinary work carried out within the CICS, both by researchers and academics of the Faculty, as well as by DCCS students. Thus, the general panorama of publications and participation in congresses is presented. In this first issue, the journal contains a central report to the neuroscience area and an interview with the CICS director, Carlos Rodr\u00edguez. Similarly, in “Socials”, there is a review of various activities in which students and academics have participated. In addition to the editorial of this first issue, by the DCCS director, Jorge F\u00e1brega, the main news of the last year and the beginning of this 2020 are compiled.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is important to mention that at the close of this first edition, the social outburst was in its first weeks, so there is no coverage related to the topic. Likewise, the arrival of the COVID-19 in our country was far from being a reality. However, both students and researchers have been developing several researches around these two topics, which will be published in the second issue of this journal.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
