Children and Youth Services Review, 118, 105398.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resumen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La desigualdad es una de las principales preocupaciones de los gobiernos y los responsables pol\u00edticos de los pa\u00edses pobres y en desarrollo. Los altos niveles de desigualdad afectan negativamente a la vida de los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes y a su bienestar subjetivo (SWB). Adem\u00e1s, el comportamiento de acoso escolar tambi\u00e9n perjudica el BS de sus v\u00edctimas. Estudios anteriores han examinado las consecuencias negativas del acoso escolar, pero no han tenido en cuenta el estatus socioecon\u00f3mico (SES) y los efectos anidados de la escuela. El prop\u00f3sito de este estudio fue examinar el efecto del acoso en el SWB considerando el papel del SES a nivel escolar. Examinamos una muestra de 1.914 adolescentes de 26 escuelas de dos regiones chilenas (edad media: 11,54 a\u00f1os; 47,1% mujeres) utilizando un Modelo Lineal Jer\u00e1rquico con diferentes medidas de bienestar subjetivo a nivel de estudiante. Se utiliz\u00f3 el tipo de colegio (privado versus p\u00fablico) y el nivel socioecon\u00f3mico. Nuestros resultados indican una relaci\u00f3n negativa entre el acoso escolar y diferentes medidas de bienestar subjetivo. El SES parece estar relacionado negativamente a nivel escolar sobre el bienestar, lo que evidencia otras caracter\u00edsticas a considerar en relaci\u00f3n a la prevenci\u00f3n.
